Glenn Delbert Niblack, 80, passed away September 14, 2016 at Westview Manor in McGregor where he was undergoing rehab from a 4 wheeler accident he suffered on August 26th, 2016. A memorial service will be held 7:00p.m., Wednesday, September 21, at Cole Funeral Home.
Glenn was born in Beaumont, KS on November 30, 1935 to Calvin L. and Ethel M. (Crawford) Niblack. At the age of 17, Glenn enlisted in the United States Air Force and served his country for 6 years. Glenn was a Cattle Brand Inspector for Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers. He attended the First Baptist Church of Woodway.
Glenn adored watching his grandchildren play sports and spending time with them. If Glenn wasn't spending time with his family, you could find him at the Coffee Shop visiting with friends. He was known as a master chef by his family who loved his cooking. Glenn enjoyed life's simple pleasures, like sitting in the swing watching the rain or watching his calves graze. Traveling, golf, watching the news and sports were also some of the things Glenn delighted in. He could fix anything that was broken and was an overall outdoorsman that will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Glenn was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy J. Niblack; son, Ricky Niblack; brothers, Jack Niblack, Chett Niblack, Billy J. Niblack, Vernon Niblack, R.A. Niblack and sisters, Roberta Niblack and Marion Niblack.
Survivors include his son, Shane Niblack and his girlfriend Kristi Blair; grandchildren Ashley Rossi, Sierra Niblack, and Garrett Niblack; brothers, Larry Jo Niblack, Richard L. Niblack; sisters Christa M. Nye, and Ruth E. Morriss and several other relatives and friends.
